“This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good.”

“Spacious studio apartment. It was excellent to have a washing machine/dryer in the apartment. The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure. It is a short walk from the train. Reception is 24 hours so you can check in or ask for help at any time. ”

“The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience. The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...
