“My 90 year old Mum and I stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Super comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included speciality coffees and a good menu of choices. The sun shone for us and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“I cannot leave more than 2 stars because there is no on-site coin laundry machine, and none in walking distance. Staff was excellent; my room didn't have a mini-fridge, but they were willing to let me put food into their private one in staff break room. “We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. “this was a terrible experience. arrived to a boarded up hotel, with a small note attached to door saying they have reserved rooms round the corner at Carlton hotel. No warning at all well this was a awful hotel so tatty and dirty. no ammenties. lots of staff but no help what so ever came home early NEVER AGAIN. so be warned save your money G Field”
