“I'd give the property a 10, would give VBRO a 2; my host was totally non-responsive. For example, on the dy I checked out, i asked about beach furniture I found in bag storage after check out, and only then did he bother to state I could use it. I had asked way before getting there if there was beach stuff, and got no answer. Never did figure out how to use Vbro access to TV; lucky I could bypass and take a look. And as I was leaving, with still a few minutes left before my chdck-out, cleaning...

“Excellent location, super clean and nice cottage. Host was very communicative and helpful. Only suggestion would be to swap out the pull out sofa for a more comfortable real bed in the second bedroom. Otherwise, perfect place and we had a great time. ”

“The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather.
