“We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

“Checked in after midnight and had a warm welcome by the clerk. Room was clean and blissfully cool. Only feedback would have been instructions for key return. Went to check out at 5am and didn’t have clear instructions on what to do. Called emergency line posted on the door and was directed to either leave keys in room or in lobby due to desk clerk not being available. A secure drop box or instructions would have helped.”

“Do not go. Do not trust online reviews that have this place rated a 4. It was so dirty. We complained they came and said they re cleaned but it was still so dirty. The washrooms had urine all on the floor by the toilet. The carpet was awful we wore shoes the entire time. The kitchen was incredibly dirty, I cleaned it but would not use. “The place was damaged with holes in the walls, they had closet doors laying against the wall and to top it off the kitchen was dirty along with ROACHES crawling on the walls and one was on the bed. I've never been more mortified and disgusted by a property. ”
