“Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many attractions”

“We had a great stay....the house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed! We would definitely book again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was roomy, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to sleep and relax. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, which we really appreciated. The house served its purpose well and gave us a great place to spend time together as a family.”

“I have been a VRBO host in the past, so I know how difficult it is to have everything satisfactory for every single guest. But honestly, this was the filthiest rental we have ever stayed in. When we walked in the kitchen, the first thing I noticed was that the white kitchen cabinets were covered with dripped sauce. The refrigerator had not been cleaned (inside or out) and there were crumbs and food particles on every refrigerator shelf and in every drawer. The microwave had to be cleaned,...

“This was an amazing stay. Safe area and beautiful home! Made my weekend trip here so special.”

“exterior not good”

“This flat was perfect for our party of three people and one dog. We loved the spacious, upgraded kitchen and dining room. We also appreciated having a place that did not have a lot of stairs. The living room was also comfy. We had a little issue accessing the front door due to someone locking the bottom lock but our situation was quickly remedied by the host and customer service. I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on Detroit Ave. We also had access to a...

“Overton Nation gives the Station House & Caboose a 10 out of 10! With just a few small adjustments that we discussed with the amazing host, we truly believe this unique property can go beyond a 10. While it does not have three separate bedrooms, it offers three comfortable living and sleeping areas that can accommodate six people, with room for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The best part is that you get to enjoy two completely unique spaces—the Station House and the Caboose—during...

“Great location for being near many attractions in the Cleveland municipal area. Berea also has several interesting restaurant options.”

“Close to where I needed to go … wrong code for entry so that was a delay”

“This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

“This is an amazing property to stay at and my host responded instantly to every thing I reached out to them about with zero issue. I'd absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area”

“Great communication with host. Nice house, exactly as described. Would stay again.”
