“This house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us visiting family as well as to Saratoga and other locations.”

“So quiet and great place to stay. Looking forward to going back next year!”

“Nice place. Clean and good communication with Owner. Alot of gadgets and technology to figure out. Best if you are comfortable figuring it out.”

“Roomy, comfortable place to spend the night. It’s a converted space, attached to the rear of the owners house. Tesla charger less than 3 miles away, and quick to interstate. No trouble with food close by (though the local diner on the corner—easy walk— was closed when I was there). Otherwise, very nice layover on your roadtrip.”

“We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly! This is a must see historic home in Troy!”

“We hit the trifecta…. Beautiful home. Perfect location. Fabulous host. Our group had everything we needed to celebrate a milestone birthday in SaratogaThe home is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed with lake views from nearly every room. Spectacular! Thanks, James, for your hospitality and for the clear instructions and communication from booking through checkout.”

“This place was perfect. Very spacious, clean, beautiful backyard, and all the toiletries and kitchen supplies you could need. Definitely recommend for a big group. Host was super nice and communicative without being overbearing at all.”

“Le puse 1 porque no hay cero estrellas. El personal es descortés y agresivo con los huéspedes, mala actitud, el hotel está viejo y sucio, sobre todo muy sucio y sin mantenimiento alguno. Nos corrieron del restaurante y nos dijeron que no podíamos trabajar ahí. No recomiendo que nadie se quede aquí.”

“Nice location for stay during RPI graduation. We could walk to town for coffee, food, and shopping. Close to Saratoga Springs. We had a concern that the host quickly communicated and resolved, which is ideal. ”

“EXCELLENT well-maintained home was the perfect fit for our group. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book again if we ever return to the area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.”

“A great house for our boys trip horse racing weekend. Plenty of space to spread out and the view of the lake was fantastic. Jen is a great host who reached out everyday to ensure we were happy.”

“Wonderful”

“Room met our needs for an overnight stay, while attending a show at SPAC! Room was clean. Appears to have been recently renovated, with renovations in progress to other rooms within the motel complex. Reasonably priced.”

“Unconventional but extremely convenient and seamless check in. Very attentive staff. Would be happy to stay here again!”

“Such a beautiful location! Sitting on the deck to watch the sunset can't be beat! Great house for all ages- our family from age 4 to 91 enjoyed our stay. The owners were so quick to respond and were great hosts.”
