El pueblo de Tierra del Mar es una pequeña comunidad de casas de playa tradicionales 3 millas al norte de Pacific City a lo largo de la ruta escénica Three Capes. Family Beach Bliss

We had an amazing stay, that view and being right on the beach is unbeatable! My three year old loved the house, great bunk bed room and lots of toys to keep him entertained!

Beach memories

Loved the big windows that show the ocean view and beach access. The house was spacious for our family and yet cozy for us all to enjoy a wonderful time together.

location location location

If you want a place for peaceful strolls on the beach, a great deck for sunset, cozy fire for damp days this is the spot. The ground floor could use some refreshing, replace/supply beach chairs, and provide updated clarified house instructions.

The pictures are spot on!

You really ARE this close to the water! You views really ARE more beautiful then the pictures depict! AMAZING! The area is so nice a peaceful. Pacific City, just down the road is fun w/ lots of dining options. Beds were great, the master especially. The Kitchen and living room space are spectacular. I So wish that I lived here full time.

Beautiful location

The house is lovely and location is perfect. Our family (2 adults, 2 children ages 4-6) thoroughly enjoyed having the beach to ourselves the vast majority of the time, and we used the fire pit most nights for magical autumn fires. Clean, warm, ample kitchen supplies. Cute touches like puzzles, books, huge stuffed animals for kids on the bunk beds. The only negatives, and they are so minor, were the hand soaps were watered down and the gas grill didn't light. All in all, a fantastic experience and we'd rent here again in a heartbeat!

Hidden Gem

Easy check-in after hours! The view of the ocean from the house is amazing! It was just the two of us, but there's lots of room to roam in the house. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were ultra-comfy, and I wanted to take the modular sofa home with us; it was so nice to watch the waves from the house. The cable TV was a little tricky to activate until I figured out that opening the TV cabinet doors allowed the signal to reach the remote. We would love to bring our grandkids with us next time, because there's plenty of beds downstairs and it's an easy, short walk to the beach!

Great rental property but poor management company

Only issue was we notified property management of a down spout that had rusted out and was blowing in to the side of the house by the master bedroom and they did nothing to correct this problem in the next 24 hours, so was very hard to sleep with the banging noise! All they had to do is use a later to take it off! They were unwilling to give us any compensation for this inconvenience 😬

Beautiful place to stay. The views are amazing and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. The house is nice and we loved the layout and especially the second floor views. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. We will stay here again.

I deal with vacation rental agents in Arizona and up in British Columbia and I have to say in my experience there is not a better rental agency than taiwanda coastal properties thank you Nicole Rachel Kim and Craig the whole group will go that extra mile for you to make your vacation stay truly memorable. I highly recommend kiwanda coastal properties. Sandcastle The view is breathtaking the house itself was spotlessly clean and so very well equipped there was nothing missing an absolutely everything worked in the entire house on a scale from 1 to 10 I would have to give that house at 12! Thank you again Nicole and Rachel for going the extra mile. God willing we'll see each other next September.

Feels like coming home

This was our 4th stay at this beautiful home. The weather was great and we were able to spend lots of time hanging out and playing on the beach. It is always kept very clean and there are lots of games and puzzles for indoor activities. Our one complaint is that the dining room chairs are not very comfortable and they are showing their age.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The views are amazing everywhere you look. They have a great kitchen, really well stocked with everything we needed. The fire pit is situated just right to give a wonderful view of the ocean while having some shelter from the wind. We will keep coming back!

Great location with amazing view

Our family loved the view of the ocean on the main floor living space. The beach was right out the door with a view of haystack rock from the dining area. Beds were comfortable. The house was well equipped with lots of space. Pacific City was close but services were a bit limited. There was a great walking trail in the nature area just a short drive north. Would recommend this house for anyone looking for a laid back beach stay.

Great Stay

Enjoyed the stay at this home. It was neat and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The close fire pit and direct short path to the beach was nice too.

Location

We have a wonderful time at this location. The furniture needs updating or cleaned. Area rugs need cleaning and dining chairs are dirty and broken. The savings grace for this house is a fantastic location with giant windows

Perfect stay on Oregon Coast

The rental was perfect for 2-9 people. Lots of space, right on the beach, and very close to Pacific City. Highly recommend. You won't regret it!

May getaway

Was so nice to have a quick getaway where we had all we needed....clean, spacious home with a well set up kitchen! The view was spectacular! My family of 6 had a great time whether on the beach or hiking or just sitting in the living room with the sliders open, listening to the waves! Thank you!

Beautiful house along the beach

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The view of the beach was amazing. The kitchen is very modern, fun to cook in. The beds were really comfortable. The campfire pit was also good to make s’mores and just hang out. Would definitely come back! Cons: I wished they told could’ve told us the BBQ grill is actually a propane grill, not charcoal. Theres no reception in the house and the WiFi was really slow.
