“My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. It was a spacious but cozy place to stay! The fireplace and hot tub were welcomed benefits. You can tell that they take care and take pride in the space. Kayla was very responsive to our questions. “Had an amazing stay for my wife's 50th birthday. It was clean, had everything we needed available and most importantly... the communication between the owner and I was wonderful. He even let us check-in early! Overall it was 5 stars without even shaking this man's hand to thank him! We also enjoyed Cooperstown activities. Escape Room, local coffee shops, dining... it was all enjoyable! We appreciated the hospitality from afar! ”

“We all had a really great weekend stay! Beautiful view of the pond in the back and a treehouse beyond the pond.The Shaver Hill Sugar House is only a half mile up the road and a nice spot. Dinner nearby at The Hidden Inn was a great meal.The house was comfortable and comfortably fit us well. Owner Anthony was great with communications.A very memorable weekend away!”
