We were not provided the correct entry code.Phone request went to voicemail. Request for telephone response was ignored.Upon final entry found the AC in the game room was covered with dirt, and filters were clogged with dirt. Most importantly, that AC unit was totally inoperable. To thier credit, they did dispatch a technician who pronounced the unit dead and came back the next day to replace the unit which took all day. So no use of the game room for one full day.The sauna never worked, although it was reported.The management was requested to have the pool heated upon arrival, which they assured would happen, but didn't. So it took overnight for the pool to be warm enough to use.A shower curtain in one bathroom fell down and couldn't be put up.One of the chairs in the family room was broken.One of the door handles fell of if being used.Chipped glass shower doors were being stored in the den which was to be a bedroom with a convertible sofa.The dishwasher was not secured in its position so opening it was an issue to prevent it from falling forward.
