I have been going to cocoa Beach since i have been a kid and family use to own a property at this condo. That is reason i picked this property . Location is perfect. We have stayed at 4 different properties other than the 1 family owned. Every one has been great EXCEPT this one. Inside of this place was nothing like the pictures in the listing. Furniture was completely different.We walked in and it smelled terrible and mildewy. There obviously has been water issues. Baseboards are all stained with water marks. Drywall falling apart,missing tiles in shower,cabinets falling apart,washer that looks like been sitting in a scrap yard full of rust and the furnishings was just a mismatch of towels and cookware picked up at local resale shop. Not sure how they get away renting this property and why it's been on website. The license hanging in the place is also expired by 6 months. Maybe that's how they do it. Cleanliness has not to be desired as well

The unit was perfect for our stay. The ocean view was great, great location, close to everything, and the pool was very nice as well! I highly recommend this property.

We love the area and the property. We enjoyed the pool and the great view from the balcony. The condo was nice and offered us everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had is the lighting is poor. We didn’t know if it’s the light bulbs or the place needs better lighting. We were disappointed in the beach chairs. 3 were broken so there were only 2 chairs that are nice but a little heavy to carry to the beach. Hoping to be back next year!

Perfect

This unit over exceeded my expectations! Condo was perfect for our 7 day stay. Everything needed was at the condo. The location in my opinion was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close walking/driving distance to so much.There were 2 very minor things that needed to be attended to, but property manager was on it pretty much before I could even hang up the phone! Will be revisiting this condo in the future!

Needs updating

Great location off beach, however, it is showing its age. Couch cushion in middle completely sinks in, mildew shows in both shower, broken chair on porch. A bit disappointed for what we paid.

Great location but the place needs a lot of TLC

The view was great but the beds were lumpy and cheap as was all the furniture. No beach towels were available and the beach chairs were ready to break and cheap. The couch, dining table, and outside table were all very uncomfortable. Provided the minimal amount of things and the cheapest quality trash bags I’ve ever seen. Other than the view I would definitely pass. We left early to stay in a nice hotel. Cheaper and much more comfortable.

Fun in the sun!

This is a wonderful condo right on the sand! The view and location can not be beat. The condo itself has been updated since the pictures posted and looks great. The space was plenty big enough, clean and quiet. The view from the kitchen to the blaster bedroom is breath taking. You can sit on the balcony or even in bed and watch the sun rise. Our family loved our time here and would recommend this beach and this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. My only real suggestion so to speak is a few more things in the kitchen to make it feel more like home. Some Tupperware for leftovers, a few more forks, coffee filters upon arrival, some salt and pepper packets.. you know those little extra touches. But truthfully that’s it! Everything else was just as listed. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Needed some care

Beautiful beach, bedroom windows need replacing would not recommend children to stay in that unit. They may fall out the window…. Screens are not fastened. Could not close window all corroded. No screen on slider. May be how the huge spider got in the bathroom, floors very dirty,, vacuum did not work

Great location and unit, needs a little work

I have stayed in this complex before in a different unit and like the location and the layouts of the units very much. A few minor things need to be worked on. The ceiling fan in the second bathroom is on its last legs. The dishwasher soap dispenser does not work properly. The wall clock in the dining room does not work, I replace batteries, but it still didn’t work. Two of the beach chairs are broken and I left them in the garage, the other three in the unit are not really fit for adults and should be replaced. The porch chairs could be better also. The lights attached to the headboards of the beds in the second bedroom are really nice but all of the batteries were dead, I replace them in one light, but not the other. All in all is a very nice place.

Fantastic view!

We felt the condo was an excellent value. Million dollar view, easy beach access, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would come back.
