Great Stay

Beautiful views! Clean and modern accommodations. What a wonderful place to stay! Well within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Internet and cable services went out due to a construction incident, however the owner was aware of the problem and kept us informed. I found Liz was exceptional to work with as she was informative, very timely in answering questions and I felt she wanted to make our stay enjoyable.

Exquisite Ocean Escape

Our busy, winter-weary family needed a beautiful place to recharge. This condo was it! Stunning views, peaceful beach, comfortable accommodations. Everyone warned us to be patient for the elevators but we had no problems at all. The Tidewater complex is a well-oiled machine. We’ll 100% be back! Thank you so much, Liz!

Super cute condo

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is in a great location to all the things there are to do. We had amazing views in 3 different directions with a special treat of a bald eagle swinging by every morning past the huge windows. Very clean and decorated really cute and it made us feel at home

July 4th Vacation and Travel Baseball

This condo is immaculate and has an INCREDIBLE view facing Pier Park. The owners go above and beyond to add special touches to the condo that enhanced our stay. My 12 year old son loved eating breakfast while gazing out the large windows facing the ocean. We will return to this condo once we return back to PCB!

Can't wait to come back!!

What a perfect view, cozy stay, and organized host this was!! A complaint just about everyone in the condo had was the long wait times for the elevator, but because our place was just outside the elevator on the far side, we were able to skip the lines and never waited long! Wonderful location, and would highly recommend the short walk to Dusty's for a place to eat while you stay. Hosts clearly communicated any details you could imagine. They even had a binder of menus so you don't have to dig through yelp for places to eat! Winn Dixie grocery store was a short walk there and $5 uber back (because groceries are heavy). Pizza across the street at Marcos was fantastic for a quick pickup to take on the beach! Pier Park is walking distance, so food, shopping, and bars with Nashville artists are so close. Can't wait to come back!!

Absolutely Amazing

My son wanted to stay an extra night in a higher room, and it could not have been any better! Opened the door and the clean smell was amazing, then walked into the perfect place for us. He loved his spacious bunk room, the kitchen was beautiful, my room and bed was very comfortable, but the best part was the view from living room and balcony. Can not wait to book again!

Can’t say enough about this property or this condo. Everything was so safe and secure and so well-maintained. Fantastic!

Everything was as described. The view was incredible and the host made it easy to check in/out. Beds are comfortable. The only downside was that every puzzle was missing at least 2 pieces - not a deal breaker. It was a perfect place to spend a few quiet days.

Very nice condo with fabulous views

We loved our stay here. The only reason for 4-stars on the location is that there was some construction in the neighborhood making it harder to enjoy the walks (not on the beach - on the street). The bed in the master bedroom was somewhat softer than I'd prefer, but not a major issue. Kids loved the bunk bed. Wonderful to have washer/dryer and all the necessary kitchen appliances - very helpful for a family stay

All about the view!

This condo was exactly as described. The view was absolute perfection. The property owner was amazing at communication and made sure our stay was comfortable and inviting. The beds were comfortable, the living room with the view made you feel it was ok to be inside and relax because the view was spectacular. Lots of people in building complained about elevators but we really didn’t find them to be an issue. The restaurant waves made a good quesadilla and was super fast when wanting to take a quick bite out to the beach. The frozen drinks were tasty but low alcohol content. I would suggest making your own and taking to the beach. Theres a small icecream and supplies shop on premises with fair prices on sunscreen etc. by the smaller pool and waves restaurant. the beach chairs, umbrella and sand mat provided in the unit were sufficient for us..we didn’t feel the need to rent the ones on the beach. The water was amazing in the ocean. Im usually nervous about sharks etc..but there were so many families out in the water I felt 100% comfortable with my 4 year old. There are 2 big pools.. I preferred the one on the side where the condo is located. They had a sno cone vendor and a tiki bar there. overall, it was a great trip and this unit was all about the view!

Beautiful property, just as described.

This property is lovely and has everything you need to be comfy. It was very clean and looked just like the pics. Location on the beach is perfect. I didn’t use the amenities of the resort, so can’t comment on those, but they looked nice.. The elevators need a major recalibration—it can take upwards of 20 mins just to get all the way up or down due to the elevator randomly switching directions and/or stopping at every floor for no reason —but the stairs are nearby and always available. Had a lovely time here and would happily return. Host is wonderful to deal with, as well 😋

Perfect Stay!

The condo is gorgeous. The views are stunning. Very clean and comfortable. The owners went to great lengths to make sure everything is provided for you to have a great stay. I especially appreciated not having to bring beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic view!

The resort is nice, the condo is clean and very well appointed, the owner is great, but the best thing, by far, is the view. Found myself standing by the window looking out to the east every time I went into the living room. Condo had everything we needed plus more. We typically cook on vacations and found everything we needed during meal preps. Beach toys, mats, chairs, and even a cooler are available for use. Furniture is quality and in good shape. Frontage Rd isn’t the best for walking but Pier Park is a quick 15-min walk down the beach for food and the obligatory tourist shopping. Can’t say enough good things about the owner, Liz. We had constant communication prior to arrival and she checked on us once we were in to make sure things were ok. She also went above and beyond with a few small gestures to help us celebrate our anniversary. First class all the way. Would absolutely stay here again!
