“Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! ”

“The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. I loved the fact there were toys available, games and a pack and play. My almost 2 year old was able to run around and play inside and outside. He loved the wood blocks. The backyard was a perfect oasis to sit and relax. It was super convenient walking distance to the beach. I will definitely atay here again. ”

“This 2 BR Condo was perfect for our group of 4. Nice clean 2 BR in a nice and quiet building. Super big pool, maybe a 2 minute walk to putting feet in the Ocean. Great location! We’ve been to Cocoa Beach many times and stayed in a couple different condos and this seems to be the quietest building yet. Family oriented building, easy “Covered” parking right in front of the Units front door, so no lugging stuff up stairs. Publix Supermarket is basically right across the main street, Dunkin’ Donuts...
