“The unit is clean and beautifully maintained, with everything thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—very quiet and just steps from the beach. The beach itself is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, you’re only minutes away from Cocoa Beach’s best spots and restaurants. The host is also fantastic—quick to respond and very attentive to guest requests.”

“Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! ”
