The house was clean and stocked with everything you need and it was close to the beach for a nice morning walk. Our family enjoyed the back porch and cornhole not to mention the huge tv to watch the football game. Thank you for hosting us , we appreciate it.

This propert was exactly how it looked online & lived up to the expectations & some. Very clean & plenty of room to hangout for large groups. The only problem was we couldnt stay longer. Highly recommended for big family or large friend gathering.

Great property! Exactly as you see in the photos. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Having the game room and card table was great. It gave the kids something to do when a thunderstorm would pass over. We all loved kayaking from the back deck. I think the kayaks got more use than the TV’s, lol. This was a way better option than a typical hotel room. If I were to stay in the area again I would definitely rent this location. P.S. The ice cream shop on the corner is great!

Beautiful home, perfectly located in Cocoa Beach. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to a great ice cream joint, and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the patio in the back. We even saw manatees!

Beautiful, well appointed and totally updated. Bonus is being on the inter coastal waterway. Saw several Manatees and Dolphins from our dock.

Beautiful and Well Appointed

We stayed for two days on spring break and throughly enjoyed this property. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but located really close to the ocean, main road, and local attractions. The hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a long day and was extremely clean. We were visited both mornings by dolphins and manatee which was the highlight of our time at the coast! We will definitely have to stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

DO NOT stay here. Hard stop. ALL the linens were unwashed and we had to do them ourselves. Management could care less, we sent pics and texts with a summarized response of “too bad”. If having dirty sheets and counters/bathrooms is ok for them imagine what else they don’t clean. TERRIBLE communication between management. Worst part is we still had to pay a cleaning fee. NEVER EVER again, RED AWNING realty property is hands down the most incompetent host we’ve experienced ruining our vacation. Do not stay here. Neighbors not friendly either with signs all over saying we’re not welcome. What a joke.

great Thanksgiving

The house is really well set up. One minor glitch. The house is listed as having 4 bathrooms. It has 2. I'm sure it was a clerical error. We had 6 people for Thanksgiving dinner and the house was perfectly equipped. That is a rarity. Great location with the Banana River in back. Paddle boarding and kayaking. We brought the boards and the kayaks were at the house. We will definitely be back...

Best Stay EVER!

This was, by far, the BEST VRBO we’ve ever rented. The owner was consistently fast on answering questions, and made our overall stay that much more satisfying. The things that were provided at the house were top-notch! She thought of everything! The pictures are spot-on…everything is exactly as advertised! Super clean house, beautiful area, delicious restaurants nearby. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you for a delightful stay…we will return!
