The complex was very quite and nicely maintained. A crew raked the beach and took care of the property with great care. “We rented 2 villas on the 3rd floor. One was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The other was not as clean, and the dryer was not working. The dishes were too big for the dishwasher. It had a poorly equipped kitchen, and we had to use the utensils from the other apartment. Most towels in both are outdated, need changing. But overall, nice vacation villas for 4 nights. ”

“We stayed 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the beach, with a pool. The penthouse was very clean, quiet, had comfortable beds and was in a good location. We liked staying a bit away from town, easy golf cart ride to downtown Placencia. Check-in and communication was excellent. We hope to return soon! ”

“Great location. House was clean, but could use some updating. Kitchen pans were sub par at best and missing lots of basic serving ware. The layout is super weird and hard to navigate at first. Could add an outdoor staircase from the kitchen area to the pool to help with that. It would be nice to have some more outdoor furniture too on the deck off the kitchen and on the pier.
