“Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions.”

“when we went to check in, we were told our room was unavailable as the AC wasn't working, and that they booked a room for us at an entirely different location owned by a different company. Our room was right on the main street, and while nice, is not what were were wanting for our honeymoon. There was no other compensation, or communication from them during our stay. I absolutely would not stay at this location.”

However there was no contact from anyone prior to my arrival and I was literally at the airport in Belize concerned I didn't have a place to stay because of zero communication. That was extremely stressful and frustrating. The grounds are pretty, the staff was amazing, and the space was comfortable, safe and quiet.
