“This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. “This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Washington, D.C. is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and do. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. “Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”
