Relaxing getaway

We loved the charm of this "home away from home". It was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The birds greet you in the morning the firepit helped us create so many memories. Thank you for an awesome place for us to stay!!

Nice property and great communication with owner

We were in College Station for a softball tournament so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but enjoyed the property. It’s tucked away from others and quiet. It had everything we needed to make breakfast and prepare for long days. House was clean and inviting. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were staying over Thanksgiving break so that we could be near our Aggie unable to travel over the break. We made amazing memories and will definitely be back! Thank you for opening your home to us Kathy!

Really nice😀

I would like to mention that the yard isn’t fenced in…yes it has a line of chain link fence, but it not enclosed in any way. It was wonderful and we loved it. Please remind folks to bag dog poop, as there were a few piles we stepped in. Will definitely stay again.

Peaceful Retreat

Kathy was amazing to deal with. She was quick to respond from the very beginning to the end. The home was charming and the property was beautiful. This cute, stylish home was a very peaceful place, within minutes from everything. We enjoyed grilling on the BBQ pit; this was a plus accommodation. The fire pit was a nice feature as well. A week away from home

We were very happy with the house and communication from the owner. It’s a great space and a nice get away. The house is in a very lovely location, the amenities are very close, the neighborhood lovely, and the folks we had encounters with in College Station and around the house great. If we choose another trip to College Station next year, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
