We do allow pets on our property. All pets are required to be current on rabies vaccinations and be receiving a flea and tick preventative. Please note, there is a $25 pet fee is per pet.

The city of College Station requires all short term rentals to obtain a city permit. Our permit number is STR2024-000021.

Please note there are three hotel occupancy taxes required when booking a short term rental in College Station.
The state of Texas requires a 6% occupancy tax, which you will see on your reservation as “lodging tax”.
Brazos County requires a 2.75% hotel occupancy tax.
The city of College Station requires a 7% local hotel occupancy tax, which you will see on your reservation as “hotel tax”.
