“Kyle was accommodating enough to allow early check in since my flight got in around noon. Access to the condo was seamless. It was clean and well kept; though the furniture needs updating. I loved the quiet beach for lounging. The onsite bar has a great spicy margarita. Had breakfast down the street at coconut Joes’’s a few times. The best snapper I’ve had in a while came from Peppers! Great stat overall. Use Rowan Water sports for your tours! They’re great! ”

“We stayed for a week in October and were are a little nervous about visiting the island during rainy season, but the weather was lovely. The condo was perfect for our family. Our group consisted of my mother in law, my sister in law, my 17 year old son, my husband, and myself. “We loved having the extra space of a condo versus a hotel room, and this condo was lovely, updated and included plenty of amenities. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great. Additionally, there is an abandoned condo complex...

“Cayman is always extremely nice to visit. The condo is roomy and clean with all the amenities you could hope for. Water view right out the patio door. Beach is small but nice and the snorkeling is amazing. I’d recommend bringing water shoes to get past the rocks to the sand. Icoa restaurant is a must for coffee and breakfast. Kirk’s grocery is a large grocery store about a mile walk. The condo complex is clean and well kept. ”
