Esta unidad de último piso recientemente renovada ofrece impresionantes vistas tanto del Mar Caribe desde su balcón privado sustancial y la zona de la piscina desde el balcón o la ventana lateral. Esta unidad ha sido terminada profesionalmente con lujo y elegancia, que incluye cabina de ducha terapéutica, electrodomésticos de alta gama y aire acondicionado zonificado.

La cocina moderna tiene encimeras de piedra, gabinetes de madera, electrodomésticos profesionales de cocina Frigidaire. Incluye estufa de inducción, refrigerador de puerta francesa con filtro de agua y máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, hervidor eléctrico y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios para hacer una comida gourmet.

Proporcionamos toallas, toallas de playa, almohadas y ropa de cama extra, champú y jabón.

El condominio se encuentra en el exquisito complejo de condominios estilo resort Sunset Cove en la mundialmente famosa playa de Seven Mile en Grand Cayman.

El complejo ofrece muchas excelentes comodidades. La zona de playa orientada al oeste es ideal para ver la puesta de sol sobre el océano. Las suaves arenas blancas te llevan a la zona de la ensenada, donde una pared de roca artificial forma una barrera protectora que permite nadar y bucear más suavemente en el océano. Para los más aventureros, nada más allá del área de la ensenada para descubrir un arrecife de coral natural para tu placer de esnórquel.

Después de su chapuzón en el océano, ¿por qué no relajarse en la gran piscina con un bar en la piscina del restaurante "Billy Bones" del hotel? La gran piscina también tiene un mini río lento, una cascada, un área de "piscina para niños" para familias con niños pequeños y una bañera de hidromasaje.

Si decide aventurarse más lejos, puede alquilar un automóvil o tener un taxi que lo recoja en la puerta. Alternativamente, hay transporte público en nuestra carretera, la carretera de West Bay que viaja a lo largo de la franja de Seven Mile Beach. Wonderful trip. Owner was so on it. Needed pillows . He brought us some. Awesome couch. Great view. Bed was good. No pains. Set up well. Had about everything we needed for our stay. I use my own shampoo etc. Im a stylist. . He had it all there. Dish soap. Towels.. Well stocked and a cute condo. . . I will rent from him again. . Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well stocked with beach toys, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, even coffee for our first morning. The view was great…can see the ocean and beach. Bed was comfortable, very clean place, nice kitchen, couch, etc. Third floor was nice with extra ceiling height. Location was great too…can walk to restaurants. Will be back.

The condo provided all the amenities we needed. The patio view of the ocean and pool were spectacular. The pool and swim up bar were great. There were lots of families and kids so it would be loud at times Our Host, Bill, was wonderful and went above and beyond when asked about something. WeWould recommend and stay here again.

Bill was a fantastic host, and the condo was well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed, and we were comfortable in the living area. The photos are a legitimate representation of the unit. We appreciated that even sunblock and snorkeling equipment were available for use. The pool was never crowded, and the proximity to the beach was terrific. I will say the bed in the primary bedroom was way too soft for us - especially my husband so it is something to consider if you have back issues. There were also some minor things that I did share with Bill that could use a refresher, like the beach towels. The location is next to an empty hotel (apparently bought by Hyatt), and access to the condos was off a parking lot. Given how expensive the island is, we found the condo to be an excellent value for the price. Taxis can be costly, but a lot is walkable from the condo, which is convenient. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent, the apartment had more than enough room for all 5 of us, and the property facilities were great. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool, hot tub and grotto. Access to transit was easy and there were enough restaurants close by that we didn’t need to go far when we wanted to eat out. The grocery store was an easy 15 minute walk down the road. Andy’s car rental is a 5 minute walk, so that made our car rental for a one day excursion very convenient. Thanks for making our time in Grand Cayman enjoyable!

This condo was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views! The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly- 3 kids ages 6-11. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Bill was great to work with, a great communicator, and had a really informative welcome book. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Grand Cayman!

Wow what an amazing stay we had!! Bill was a wonderful host who answered questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!!! This complex has a swim up bar with great food and drinks and friendly staff. The condo was wonderfully decorated and super clean!! We actually would not change a thing about this vacation and k ow we will definitely be back and will hopefully rent this same condo again and again!!!

Just left here and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The condo had everything we could’ve needed for the week… beach towels, coffee, beach toys, and even sunscreen! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could imagine. The ease of entry via the keypad was huge (never have to worry about keys). The condo complex was great. The beach was beautiful, the pool nice and large and even the restaurant/bar was great! We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman! Thanks, Bill, for hosting us for this quick getaway.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at the condo and the location was great. The lagoon was great for small kids as it was clear and very calm with a great sandy beach. There were fish and a few sea creatures to see snorkeling and it was good place to practice. The beach had a bin filled with sand toys and floats for all to use. Pool was great and was cleaned every morning. Lots of chairs and umbrellas both at the beach and pool. It was nearly deserted as it was the beginning of the shoulder season and school had started. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with kitchen supplies, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There were games and the balcony was great for enjoying morning coffee enjoying the view. Wonderful A/C, not noisy at all and felt very safe. The unit was updated and had a very comfy sectional and plenty of dining seating. The unit has been updated and decorated very nice. Owner was very responsive, and we met him as we arrived. Easy check-in as the door is keyless, so just use the code that is provided in advance. I would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Bill!

Bill was incredibly friendly and responsive whenever I reached out, and the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in #320, one of Bill's properties, and it was fantastic. While renting a car isn't necessary, we were glad we did. It allowed us to easily explore the island and conveniently shop for groceries. Plus, the August heat made it more comfortable to drive to nearby restaurants. Walking to some restaurants means navigating a busy road and highway, which was another reason we opted to drive. The condo has a spacious open-concept layout with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a queen and a twin bed. The two full bathrooms were convenient, and the kids especially enjoyed the one with a tub. Having the washer and dryer in the kitchen was a huge help. Bill also provided essentials like sunscreen, snorkels, plates, silverware, conditioner, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and towels. The kids loved the large TV in the living room with numerous streaming services. My husband enjoyed some comedy shows! The Wi-Fi sometimes faltered when the big TV was on, but otherwise, it worked well. We appreciated the on-site restaurant with a swim-up bar, the large heated pool with a hot tub, and the enclosed, warm ocean. Spending time on the spacious private balcony each evening was a highlight of our stay.

This condo is simply amazing! The pictures show just what you get, but don’t do it any justice. Our teenage boys were very impressed when we walked in the door and were sure the pictures I showed them ahead of time weren’t the same place! Bill is an excellent host. He was quick to respond to any questions we had before our arrival. We enjoyed the cove outside the condo that allowed easy entry into the ocean without an issue with rocks. There were a few snorkel masks, a floaty and beach toys we were able to use. There were also a couple beach chairs we used when we ventured further down to Governor’s Beach. We highly recommend this condo for the value, location and amenities. Thank you, Bill, for a wonderful week long stay!

From the moment we walked into the condo, we fell in love with the place. It was clean and inviting, and the view of the beach was breathtaking! The place was also well stocked with everything you might need and the grocery store just moments down the road. My sister is a little skittish in the water so the protective cove out front, made for a perfect snorkeling experience for her. We were out there twice a day! The pool in the evening was a joy and swimming up to the bar was a special treat. It would be a very nice place for extended families to meet up for vacation....we're hoping to do that next time. High recommendations from my sister and I!!!

Our time at Sunset Cove was perfect! We enjoyed great weather, beautiful waters, and gorgeous sunsets! The condo was awesome - everything we needed right at our fingertips. Property was clean. Great location. The owner, Bill was quick to respond to any questions that we had. There were floats to use and access to the beach was easy. The protected area of the beach made snorkeling easy for even a beginner swimmer.

We just loved our trip to Grand Cayman! The cove in front of our condo provided great snorkeling, floating, and swimming right outside our door. The beach was lovely and quiet too- so relaxing! The condo was roomy and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. Bill was attentive and helpful. We would rent from him again for sure! The restaurants were excellent in the area and the island is so safe! We took the public bus or walked everywhere! Thank you for sharing your condo with us- we can’t wait to return!
