“This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

“Si, funcionó excelente”

“The place is peaceful and its close to restaurants and supermarkets. I would booked dem again in future”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Casco Viejo. David was immediately responsive to all of our questions. We had a six hour delay getting out of Houston so our arrival ended up being after midnight. We had no problem taking an Uber to the property and David buzzed us in as soon as we arrived at the entry way. The key box worked great and we had an amazing time exploring Casco. One thing to note, the door to the apartment does not lock automatically. You have to lock it on your way...

“Hermoso y cómodo apartamento. Una linda vista. El edificio y sus instalaciones son preciosas”

“There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...
