“As described. Older home but for us it was all about the outdoors and we really enjoyed the front and back yards. Beds were comfy. Located on a rather busy street but didn't mind as view of mountain range and sunset spectacular from front porch, and Julia was awesome to work with going out of her way to accommodate and communicate with us. Highly recommend, would stay again when in FOCO :)”

The location was absolutely perfect—within a short walk of downtown Boulder, with all its great restaurants, shops, and trails (even though we didn’t walk, it was that close!). It was also an easy drive to both Rocky Mountain National Park and the Brainard Lake area, making it a great home base for outdoor adventures.
