“Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. ”

“It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.”

“The location, space, and cabin were all exactly what we were looking for to visit both Estes Park and RMNP- being right next to the river was an added bonus for my fisherman husband.”
