“Starting off with the positive- this is an excellent location to downtown area.Our stay was not good. The original picture of this listing was the front house and only after paying did we receive instructions that the entrance is in the back. This is advertised as a private studio when in reality, it is the third bedroom, separated at the kitchen with a very filmsy looking door. You can hear everything.The place was not clean. Grime on the walls, dirty toilet, broken blinds. If you are allergic...

“We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

“This apartment is located in a very iffy part of town. We were reluctant to leave our work trucks outside overnight. The linens did not appear to have been changed or ever cleaned. ”

“Host was responsive and helpful when contacted. Overall a positive experience. The only issue we had was the place appeared to have been hurriedly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was something sticky on the front of the refrigerator and on the floor of one of the bedrooms, which we were able to clean no problem. Otherwise a positive stay!”
