“We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding.”

“This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice.”
