House was as advertised, perfect for our family of four and provided a great home base for our Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs adventures. Close to Old Colorado City. House had all the needed amenities and was set up nicely. Hot tub was a great perk to have after a day of hiking. Communication with Dusty was exceptional. Would recommend to others.

Came to town to watch our son run the Ram Party Ultra Marathon. The house was conveniently located, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The hot tub was a welcomed perk after a long day! Would stay here again!

Everything was simply lovely and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were amazing!!! And it was great to have a secure and private parking spot. We didn't use the shower in the main bath because it was relatively small and not as comfortable as the shower in the second bathroom. But if you enjoy a soak, it has a lovely tub. Communication with Dusty was always on-point and quick. The location was excellent as well, close to all the places we wanted to visit and convenient to the best Colorado Springs has to offer. We would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home!

This is a modern home, clean and wellstocked. The owner has the comfort and convenience of the lodgers in mind. I have stayed in many VRBOS and found this to the best one yet. Excellent home away from home.

House was great, clean and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Only thing we didn’t find convenient was opening and closing the gate to park.

One of our favorite stays traveling through Colorado. Great location and amazing hot tub to relax after hiking and exploring. Everything was super clean and updated. The owners responded quickly, flexible, and super nice to work with.

We enjoyed our stay as the house was very clean and nicely decorated and designed. The kitchen had everything we could need. Nice smart TV to watch a movie when we stayed in one night. The beds and pillows were comfy. Unfortunately, the hot tub was dirty and we didn't get to use it until the very last morning before we left. Dusty was responsive about this but it was disappointing since no one ever came to service it (to my knowledge) and that was one of the search filters I had used to find the property. Nonetheless, the yard was very cute and private. The neighborhood seemed safe where the property is located and it is close to many attractions so that was great. Colorado Springs seems to have a problem with homeless and drug addicts so I wouldn't go walking at night. We did once and it was a little unnerving. Overall, I would recommend this property.

The house is a cute 2 bedroom and two bath. I didn’t realize both bedrooms had bathrooms attached, which was a nice surprise. The hot tub fits 4 and is nice to use. Would stay here again if in the area.

We spent three nights in April 2024 and had a great experience. The place is super comfortable and cozy, and it had everything necessary for us to enjoy being there. The kitchen has all the essentials - cookware, dishes, easy-to-use appliances. The living room furniture was comfortable to relax on while enjoying a movie on the smart TV. Two bathrooms provide plenty of space to get ready in the morning. The bed in the master bedroom was VERY comfortable, and all the little details for making our stay were provided - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, even cotton balls and cotton swabs. Access to the property took a second to figure, but we had no issues getting into or out of the driveway. It was a very private place, even with a commercial property nearby - we never heard any noises or had any issues. We weren't able to enjoy the outdoor features - hot tub, patio fireplace or grill - but they all appeared inviting. The property is located close to some great restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at Summa (YUM!), Cerberus Brewing (Delicious!) and Front Range BBQ (yummy smoked food), and lunch at Colorado Mountain Brewery and Thunder & Buttons, both of which were very good. There are several other options for eating within just a couple miles as well. We made a quick run to the grocery store when we first arrived, and it's not too far away - 19th & Uintah - 5-minute drive, and to coffee in downtown, also 5 minutes away. Dusty was very responsive to us during our stay as well.
