The place was clean and efficient for our get away. I was taken back by the security deposit issue when I got the info to complete check in online. The bed was harder than we are used to, so we didn't sleep very well. Someone in the other section was a bit noisy and the wall is thin. We could hear the dishwasher run, the baby scream and whatever else. There are dishes and a small fridge and microwave, you wash the dishes in the bathroom sink, but it worked out well for us. Quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of places and a clean, relaxing escape. You do need a flashlight to walk to the room after dark.

Our room was nice, loved the separate shower and tub. Kaitlyn was always very quick to answer any questions. Such a great location to see and do so many things…Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado, Cripple Creek, the Olympic training center, yummy food! The neighborhood was very nice snd we were able to start each day with a walk! Truly enjoyed our stay.

Cute studio - bed is terrible

Such a cute little place to stay, but please be aware that the bed is terrible. I’ve never slept on a bed that hard in my ENTIRE life! We thought about sleeping in the closet on the carpet floor. It’s that bad. If they get a new bed or 5 inch mattress topper, we will return in a heartbeat.

Great for sight seeing followed by Netflix

We specifically wanted a place that had a smart tv so we could hang around in bed and stream our fav movies and shows but also wanted a place close to Garden of the Gods for sight seeing in the day. We loved the fact there was Kurig in the room as well as microwave. It was immaculately clean and easy to check in. No complaints here! We had a great time.

Horrible Hiatus

In need of a short term stay for remote work? Do. Not. Book. This. Place. When communicating with "Renjoy" I expressed our needs and ended up booking this place for a short term remote work assignment because it was advertised with the words "escape," "relaxing," "private," "office," and "FAST WiFi @ 400+mbps. " No. No. No No. No. The herd of elephants screaming, running, slamming, pounding, etc. next door were no match for a fan and sound machines running in this unit 24/7. Impossible to drown out the sound. Good thing only one of us ended up staying or there may have been WWIII. Quiet hours? Ha! The multiple sets of guests staying in the main unit (attached and separated by a "shared" laundry room) had no desire to regard there was anyone in the attached unit. If I was writing a gossip column, I could have shared some priceless gems on the strangers next door. Aside from the noise they also made sure to turn back on the outside, garage, hall lights so they shone into every possible crevice of this unit. Sleeping is so overrated. "Park in front of the garage door on the right" the host said. Ha! The people staying in the big unit want to take up the entire parking area, so the guests in this unit can park on the gravel and shimmy around their vehicles if needing to come and go on the search to find internet that works. About that... Internet speeds were not even a quarter advertised. Every day I was kicked off, had to tether to my phone's hotspot, or had to leave to find a library/coffee shop/homeless shelter with faster internet. That was great because when the host suggested I find another place, I found a homeless shelter that would take me in AND they provided free meals too! Welcome to Colorful Colorado Springs indeed!

Overnight Stay

This is a great little suite perfect size for a couple or a singleton. The shower was amazing. As a person, who sleeps with a fan on year round I can't express how excited I was to find the box fan in the closet! Very clean, and a good location. We even saw mule deer in the yard when we got up!

We chose the place because of the size and realized how conveniently it was located to most things we wanted to go to. Very clean, comfortable and a wonderful host that checked on us to make sure our stay was all we expected. It was and more!!!
