I couldn’t access the property
The owner couldn’t access my credit card so I told him to stop the transaction and I secured a reservation at a different hotel. This happened at 3:00 pm. The time he promised check in.
At 6:38 he sent text saying my credit card was charged and gave out room n it her snccess code.
I immediately requested a refund
