Great Experience

Rental had all the amenities needed and so much more! Great location and beautiful property. Would definitely consider booking again. Host had great communication, very accommodating, and worked hard to provide a pleasant stay.

Great location

Great location. Easy booking and check in. Property manager stayed in communication with us. We had all the necessities we needed even though we didn't need much. We appreciated the gift bag that was also personalized based on why we were staying there which was wonderful.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Chandrika was a great host, very good at communicating and quick to respond. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had very nice updates. We would absolutely rent this property again in the future.

South Carolina retreat

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was more than I imagined. Chandrika was very helpful. The neighbors were just as nice. My family and I were very happy with the hospitality. I will definitely stay here again.

Great space for group!

Our big friend group had a great stay! The house was spacious enough for 12 people! The only thing I’d recommend is bringing more towels.

Birthday Celebration

Once again, this rental house was amazing. We had enough space to accommodate everyone. The game rm is a bonus and the backyard was great to sit around the fire ... Will be back!!!

Peace and comfort

The property is just like the pictures, in fact the pictures don't do it just. The house is large and spacious and perfect for a family to stay comfortably. The stream in the back is peaceful and serene. The property was clean and had everything that we need in order to cook meals while we were there. We will definitely be staying there the next time we come into town if it is available.

Great place to stay in Columbia

Very nice home in a neighborhood convenient to restaurants, shops and main thoroughfares. We enjoyed our stay and found the home well equipped with all the essentials. The game room was a real bonus. The host was responsive and available. We hope we get a chance to stay again. C. H.

Army Graduation from Ft. Jackson

The owner was simply amazed. The house was clean great. My family and my soldier loved it. I am in the Army Support Group for future graduating families and I’m definitely gonna share this house. This was definitely a 10. If we ever come back to this area we will definitely try to book this house. May God continue to bless this house and the owner.

Rough condition!

First, let's talk about the good. It's in a nice neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's wooded behind and the neighbor on the right has an 8 foot fence. There is a screened in back porch and a nice patio out back. There really are 5 bedrooms. The appliances work. However, none of this outweighs the condition and cleanliness issues. When we arrived, i was truly shocked by the condition. I was concerned enough that before we could unload, I did a video walk through of the entire property. Doors hanging loose. Floors buckled. Stains onnthe carpet. The list long. I tried to reach the owner/property manager and had to ask VRBO to reach her. She was very plesasant to talk to, and offered a partial refund. But i never got one.

Plenty of Space in a Good Location

First of all, I have to acknowledge the assistance of the owner who, when she learned of the dicey situation we found ourselves in, really worked to make the house available to us for three weeks on very short notice. The house was cleaned well and could easily have accommodated our entire family of eleven, although we never had more than seven people in the house at the same time. The house has great bones, with plenty of spaces where family could either gather together, or anyone could steal away for some alone time if needed. The neighborhood is lovely and the creek running through the backyard lent an ambiance we didn't know about in advance but very much enjoyed. There's a little park near the entrance that our grandchildren enjoyed although, to be fair, it's not within walking distance. The location allowed for great access to shopping and main roads without being in the midst of any congestion or traffic--a real plus both for access to groceries and our family nearby in Elgin, but also for quiet and peace of mind for relaxing and sleeping at night. Several of us have food allergies which requires most dining be done in-house rather than at restaurants. The kitchen had nice appliances and almost everything we needed to fix meals from roasts to pizza, and there were a few condiments and spices in the frig and cupboards so we didn't have to start at ground zero for cooking. Overall, a good stay that met our needs!
