This is an older house showing wear and tear. It is clean. The beds are comfortable. The sofa is not the most comfortable for a prolonged period. If you don't plan to be in the home for long periods, this is a great option. The kitchen cooking items (pots, pans, cooking utensils) were well stocked - one of the best I've seen in a VRBO. However, there were 0 cereal bowls and only 4 mugs. So we had to eat cereal out of mugs and then wash them for coffee. I felt the number of plates and bowls was way underrepresented if you are staying in a VRBO in order to do your own cooking. (4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates, 0 bowls). I had to hand wash afer every meal so we could have the next one. Location is very convenient to the USC football stadium and campus. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

The house smelt like cat urine when we walked in - notified the host & nothing was done about it. The first night we slept there, we heard cats fighting all night long, the smell and noise at night did not get better during the duration of the stay. After leaving, we had to spend some extra time to get the smell off our stuff. Only stay here if the smell of cat urine doesn’t bother you.

The house was absolutely perfect for our trip! We came for our son's bootcamp graduation, and it was close to the base. We were also close to restaurants while still being in a quiet residential area. The house was clean, and the hosts even provided niceties like soap and dishwasher detergent. We would definitely stay here if we return to Columbia, and we are so grateful for such a nice clean place for our family and dogs!

USC parent perfect location!

A lovely cozy place to stay near campus to help move our student in. Bonus, they were dog friendly and our pups had a fantastic stay. Super easy check in and checkout process. Quick response to questions made it even better!

Cute house in great location

My husband & I stayed for a few days while visiting Congaree National Park. This is an older house that has been nicely renovated. Well furnished & tastefully decorated. Pleasant neighborhood, convenient to multiple restaurants & other services, & only 1/2 hour from the park. I greatly appreciate properties that allow me to have my dogs with me, especially with a fenced yard. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area

Great small family home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay, the size and location is perfectly close to downtown & Fort Jackson. In a quite charming neighborhood. While the set up of the house was great it was not very clean. It could use a deep cleaning and new paint job. The kitchen was not well stocked. 3 forks and 2 spoons didn't work for us so we had to go buy some bowls & disposable flatware.

deceitful

the fallowing is proven by photo and video / on arrival trash in front entry floor / white rag in small couch between cushions dirty / walls missing texture / ceilings peeling and scraped heavy, floors dirty, outside washer dryer dirty and with mildew, beds sheets were not washed and had prior residence sticker and receipts in them, the only reason we stayed is lack of hotels available and we could not get our money back, the video and photo will be sent to the county commissioner office for housing and EPA for the mildew mold ,the photo will be public viewable once i am cleared with my lawyer of what i can publish legally , the photo on the website are of the same unit not showing the biohazards and dangerous living conditions, and lastly the power breakers pop when using the microwave and coffee machine with the breaker box being exposed outside on the side of the house with rain making it wet and hazardous to reset breakers , we were unable to shower due to the breaker issue. this unit is not for anyone who has animals or children via the hazards. A total loss of finances.

Visit with family

The house is adorable. It was clean and well decorated for the space. We had our pet with us, so it was nice to have a yard to let them out. Minor things I would change. The paint was peeling by the back door, and maybe put some gravel in the back yard. It rained pretty much the whole time we were there, so my dogs feet got muddy due to no grass. But the neighborhood was very quiet, and it's not far from shops, etc. Overall, it was a very nice house.

Was in town to visit our daughter over graduation weekend. The house accommodated four comfortably and had all the essentials needed. Was very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to travel to five points (10 minute drive).

Visiting Son at University of South Carolina

We spent a long weekend here to attend our son's junior year music recital. It was perfect for our needs and very clean. Nice little seating area in the backyard.
