USC parent perfect location!

A lovely cozy place to stay near campus to help move our student in. Bonus, they were dog friendly and our pups had a fantastic stay. Super easy check in and checkout process. Quick response to questions made it even better!

The house was absolutely perfect for our trip! We came for our son's bootcamp graduation, and it was close to the base. We were also close to restaurants while still being in a quiet residential area. The house was clean, and the hosts even provided niceties like soap and dishwasher detergent. We would definitely stay here if we return to Columbia, and we are so grateful for such a nice clean place for our family and dogs!

Cute house in great location

My husband & I stayed for a few days while visiting Congaree National Park. This is an older house that has been nicely renovated. Well furnished & tastefully decorated. Pleasant neighborhood, convenient to multiple restaurants & other services, & only 1/2 hour from the park. I greatly appreciate properties that allow me to have my dogs with me, especially with a fenced yard. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area

The house is as advertised, clean and comfortable. Great for parents visiting for a weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to USC.

Visiting Son at University of South Carolina

We spent a long weekend here to attend our son's junior year music recital. It was perfect for our needs and very clean. Nice little seating area in the backyard.

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for me and my pets. Yard was large and secure. The house was clean and well equipped. Good neighbors, great location. I will be going back!

Just what we needed

Was in town to visit our daughter over graduation weekend. The house accommodated four comfortably and had all the essentials needed. Was very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to travel to five points (10 minute drive).

Great small family home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay, the size and location is perfectly close to downtown & Fort Jackson. In a quite charming neighborhood. While the set up of the house was great it was not very clean. It could use a deep cleaning and new paint job. The kitchen was not well stocked. 3 forks and 2 spoons didn't work for us so we had to go buy some bowls & disposable flatware.

Better than a Hotel

The home was cozy and very clean, neighborhood quiet. It was priced similar to hotel but I always enjoy a VRBO instead because they are more quiet. TV in every room, beds were comfortable, and kitchen had enough items if you wished to do some meal preparation. I have stayed in VRBO's but never one managed by a property management company, I found an email after we left telling us how to clean up before we left, good thing is we had done most of what they requested automatically, however I was on vacation and not monitoring email so the only suggestion I would make is post the check out procedure in the property.

Visit with family

The house is adorable. It was clean and well decorated for the space. We had our pet with us, so it was nice to have a yard to let them out. Minor things I would change. The paint was peeling by the back door, and maybe put some gravel in the back yard. It rained pretty much the whole time we were there, so my dogs feet got muddy due to no grass. But the neighborhood was very quiet, and it's not far from shops, etc. Overall, it was a very nice house.

Lovely comfortable cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at two Homewood properties on this trip. This location in Rosewood was a wonderful small home. We settled into it so fast. It was comfortable, and easy. Well stocked to anticipate our needs, nicely furnished with a modem update, big back yard fenced for our pup, with beautiful trees. Property managers were a joy to work with when I realized we needed to add a night due to our screw up with scheduling. Al though this property was already rented, they took care of us with another beautiful rental they managed. Iwould HIGHLY recommend both this property and the company leasing them. We will DEFINITELY be staying with them again when we come back to Columbia.

Helping son move

In town to help unpack our son. Easy check in. House was clean. Updated. Plenty of towels which is a plus. Shower was very nice. Very comfortable bed. With being at sons apt. did not use kitchen other than to make coffee. Would stay here again. We brought dog and enjoyed fenced yard. One gate sits higher than the other and we just rolled trash can and recycling can in front of gate. Worked excellent for us. Definitely will be back. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Cute but needs a bit of maintenance.

Small house that was nicely refurbished but needed some upkeep. Blinds in front window when pulled down totally broken. Panes in windows cracked. The floors were still wet from cleaning when we got in at 5 pm. Someone was in their car waiting to pull in the driveway when we were packing up the car to pull out of the driveway, but they didn't wave or say anything, just left the car running until we pulled out. It seemed a bit hurried and rude.

the fallowing is proven by photo and video / on arrival trash in front entry floor / white rag in small couch between cushions dirty / walls missing texture / ceilings peeling and scraped heavy, floors dirty, outside washer dryer dirty and with mildew, beds sheets were not washed and had prior residence sticker and receipts in them, the only reason we stayed is lack of hotels available and we could not get our money back, the video and photo will be sent to the county commissioner office for housing and EPA for the mildew mold ,the photo will be public viewable once i am cleared with my lawyer of what i can publish legally , the photo on the website are of the same unit not showing the biohazards and dangerous living conditions, and lastly the power breakers pop when using the microwave and coffee machine with the breaker box being exposed outside on the side of the house with rain making it wet and hazardous to reset breakers , we were unable to shower due to the breaker issue. this unit is not for anyone who has animals or children via the hazards. A total loss of finances.
