“The house is so cute. I love the older houses. The decor is so fitting and nice. It feels very homey. It was clean, smelled very nice and cool when we arrived. The host was responsive and accommodating. This was our second visit for our wedding anniversary. We may just have to come every year.”

We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.”

“When we arrived, we found mouse droppings on the bed, in the bathroom & dining room area. We had to wash the bedding and clean up. (So much for the cleaning fee, they charge!) Very disappointed in what our once favorite place to stay, has become. The past 2 times we've stayed, we've been dissatisfied with the cleanliness, which we brought to Gaustehaus Schmidt's attention. Decided to try again. Strike three, they're out. We'll have to search for another place, next time.”

“Spot was perfect for what we needed! We were visiting friends that were RV’ing at Camp Jellystone (less than 10 min drive from the house). I didn’t realize this property was a duplex, but we still felt adequately separated from the neighbor. Would definitely book this again!”

“This was honestly the best VRBO stay ever! The house was incredibly clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need — extra blankets, kitchen supplies, Roku TVs, bath stuff and more. The deer literally come right up to the house, which made the whole experience feel so peaceful and magical. The hosts were amazing with communication and made everything so easy. We truly had zero complaints. If I was being super picky, I’d say the bed could maybe use a foam mattress topper, but that’s...
