So well equipped and comfortable. As a city girl, it did take some time to get use to the quiet of the woods surrounding the home. But it was peaceful and still very accessible to everything in Concord.

This charming Farmhouse had everything we needed and more. Historic structure with modern amenities. Location close to town but peaceful quiet. Didn't have time to sit by the fire outside but hope to next time. Highly recommend. Hosts were prompt, good communication, and accommodating.

The stay was fantastic. The home and property was really cool! There were a few wasps in the home, I feel obligated to say in case any others have allergies. I was able to take care of any within the home and Lynn was very quick to respond, come out to inspect, and sprayed the exterior to prevent any further issues.The home is quite removed from the locale, which was perfect for us. That said, it is within 15-30 minutes of downtown concord and Manchester.

We stayed at the Reuben Dimond House for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The location was peaceful, quiet and secluded. The 1700’s home was authentic with modern amenities and convenience. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Beautiful house and location. Our only complaints would be that the house itself was fairly loud (creaky floors and no insulation between rooms so can hear when someone is up early or late) and sheer white curtains (making everyone have to get up with the sun), BUT all that said, wonderful old house. Very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you'd need. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautifully restored 257 year old farmhouse. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property. We can’t wait to return in June and again in September!

This property is so charming and special! You could not leave and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or get into town in 10 minutes. I would love to get to come back. Host was super welcoming and helpful. The house has a pack n play and things for kids which was super helpful for my family.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful historic property. Lynn greeted us at check in and gave us the full run down of the property and set the tone for a great long weekend away. Reliable wifi and a TV with all the apps if you're looking to stay connected and plenty of opportunities to disconnect with trails starting right out the front door, a fire pit, and books and games to take advantage of. Close to so many activities in the area but far enough away to enjoy total solitude as well.

Beautiful, restored historic house offers the perfect, peaceful New England experience. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful, providing a well-appointed and tastefully decorated accommodation for guests. The house is also centrally located to the bounty of NH, ME, and VT tourist destinations. We so look forward to staying again in the future.

The house was beautifully renovated with that old time charm. Beds are comfy and plenty of towels and linens. We loved the wood burning stove where we did jigsaw puzzles and also great outdoor space. Perfect walking trail straight out the door to the orchard and other hikes also. Would highly recommend

This property was exactly as advertised and it was exactly what we wanted. Just wish we could have stayed a few more days! Very comfortable and peaceful. Lynn did an awesome job refurbishing this beautiful home. We were able to visit NH, VT and ME, and the timing was pretty perfect for us Floridians. The fall colors were just what I hoped for!!

The house is located in a very quiet area surround by beautiful colors in the fall. House is comfortable, a historic house with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Easy access, host was very responsive. Once we checked in, there was no need to communicate with host since all the instructions are very clear and house had everything we needed. Superb stay! Charm and comfort galore. Reunited with our daughter for a long weekend of much needed family time. Peaceful setting. The host was super accommodating especially when we locked ourselves out of the house. His swift response and help were greatly appreciated. Well kept spacious home. Highly recommend.

A very nice and well-maintained place, in a quiet suburb with a large green area. The house is equipped with everything necessary. A big bonus is the travel cot for children and the grill in the yard. Many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful old home with stunning original details still present. Modernized with care and with original craftsmanship still intact. The grounds were every bit of impressive. Expansive and lovely. My husband, sixteen year old son, and I had a wonderful stay at the Reuben Dimond House. It was an ideal spot to complete our tour through New Hampshire. Mr. Lynn Woodard was the perfect host who painstakingly renovated this charming property. There was so much attention to detail. The coffee bar was a perfect touch! It was wonderful to feel secluded, but was centrally located to many activities. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that there was a hiking trail right on the property. There is no doubt that we will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Thank you again, Lynn!
