“Property was in a great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. We didn't use patio, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer and dryer but is nice to have all that there if needed. Owners of property were very helpful and informative. This was our second time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.”

“We traveled to Havasu to vacation on the lake and play on the water. This home checks all the boxes. It’s comfortable, clean, stocked with amenities, plenty of space, and the pool was an exceptional bonus. The garage was an added bonus as well with storage space for our boat and trailer. Our communication with the owner was great. The location is a safe neighborhood off the main drags. Our family had an awesome trip and we definitely plan to return!”

“Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our pontoon boat, as advertised. AC worked very well, even on 114 degree days! I only wish the bed were more comfortable (firm memory foam). The location was not clear from the listing. It is way out on the south end of town, about 10 minutes from the bridge.”

“The property is unique and was very comfortable to stay. It fit our needs. Loved the 3 bed 3 full bath which is uncommon in Havasu where 95% of homes are 3/2. If I had 1 complaint it would be to have a refrigerator downstairs so we didn’t have to bring drinks or coolers up/down the stairs. ”

“It is difficult to find a space that has enough bedrooms for our family and friends that is on the water. This was perfect. 6 adults and 2 small children with lots of room to spare. It could be shared with a second family. The loft off the kitchen was great for my daughter and her babies. It has privacy along with it's own outdoor access. The living area is spacious. The game room is super fun for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked. We bbqd on the back porch. There is lots of seating area...
