“The cabin and property were exactly what we had hoped. We wanted to get away from the city and relax and this was just the place. It's situated on a large property with no ne else in sight. The view over the valley below and of the Spanish Peaks is amazing. Even though this is a bit remote, the cabin does offer wifi and has a streaming television. The cabin is cozy and it has a great kitchen for those that enjoy cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll be returning again. ”

“It is a journey to get here from TX, but it was exactly what we needed. Fresh air, nature, and wildlife abound. We awoke to chipmunks chasing each other and then off to the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. It ate up a whole day with hiking and sand. We came back at sunset and saw 2 elk and 20 deer. It was such a great experience.”

“The cabin is lovely and relaxing. It is isolated enough to enjoy the solitude of the land around you without being far from a neighbor. The location was perfect for us who had family staying at different venues from a hotel in Trinidad to camper camping at the creek a couple of miles up the road. Of the different cabin type places to stay - this one is exceptionally lovely. We would definitely stay again.”
