The rooftop patio and the hot tub were great places to relax. The location of the home was perfect, within easy walking distance to Pacific Grove shopping and Lovers Point, we would definitely stay again!”

“This was the worst property I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed for two nights, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We contacted customer service on the first night, but not only was the issue never resolved, they even hung up on us during the call. After that, we could only communicate by text message, but the problem still wasn’t fixed. No one came to address the issue the entire next day either. On top of that, the cell phone signal in the area was extremely poor, so without Wi-Fi we were almost...

“The property was VERY clean, and we even thanked the cleaning person when we left. It's super close (very walkable- a block and a half) to a great park. The negatives: the backyard doesn't have the fire pit as shown in listing, the dryer was having issues with the hose not being attached to the wall, the instruction sheets conflicted on if we needed to take the garbage to the street and if we had to strip beds (we did). Overall decent place, lovely neighborhood, great location in Seaside. ”
