“Shops and restaurants in walking distance and the beach also. I would love a view but it was quiet for us, not alot of street noise or neighbors. My only suggestion is to have an extra blanket in the closet. Heater is in the bedroom and works great but sitting area/kitchen gets quite cold in am. If you want to be in sitting area so partner can sleep, its cold. Enjoyed the stay, thank you”

“The property is lovely. I didn’t have my dog, but Lynne let me know that it is pet friendly large outdoor space with a wonderful view. Lots of special touches. Lynn works really hard to make it welcoming. That includes, lavender gifts and homemade scones. It was really a wonderful stay. I loved the pig that was there to visit with.”

“Really lovely apartment felt like home for the couple days we stayed in it. Furnishings were very nice and the house is fully stocked with all the things you need. The location was great and we were able to walk to all of our destinations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends. ”

Its location couldn’t have been more perfect which was right in the heart of Capitola Village, just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. We enjoyed being able to stroll everywhere without needing to drive. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!”

“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”

“Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of...

“Had a lovely week stay. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Beautiful beach and pier walks every day. Close drive to hiking and Santa Cruz. No view from condo, but location was excellent. Highly recommend. ”
