“We stayed here with 3 senior boys for their graduation trip. And, it was beyond our expectations. The boys didn’t want to go to the Edge bc they loved the condo so much . The views are out of this world. My next trip, I will definitely stay here again because nothing else comes close in terms of space and location. The communication was top notch. I am so spoiled now and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!! Thank you for everything. ”

“We loved the loft upon entering. It was clean and cozy. And the large windows provided beautiful natural light which was very pleasing. The location and surrounding neighborhoods filled with a college student vibe, were friendly and safe. The host was quick in replying to questions or with providing help. We definitely recommend and will try to stay here again the next time we are in NYC.”

“Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Super cool historic building and great apartment. Very comfortable beds and comfy space. Nice common area/library in the lobby. Great bar and restaurant attached to lobby as well. Would stay again for sure! ”

“Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser....

“Everything was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Very good location, walking distance from many things. There were several subway station super close, we rode those during the day (until about 8pm) then took Ubers at night. I felt safe and the whole family had a great time!!”
