“Had major issues with person/people staying in other side of house. It was obviously built originally as one house not too so walks are thin and no bathroom downstairs. Washer didn’t work so we had to go outside into back of the part of house outside (no AC in July) to do wash (didn’t let us know this so housekeeper apparently had all towels in Washer that was broken so we had no towels to shower the first night). Freezer on refrigerator didn’t work. Had domestic disturbance issue outside of...

“I never like giving anyone a dislike to a VRBO home. Driving 11.5 hours, to find this house not as describe. The house description said new house. This home is not a new house, the front yard had not been cut and tree limbs are in the front. There is no lighting in the driveway or up to the door. There were stains in the carpet, bedroom downstairs had dirty walls. Very disappointed. New bedding and not cheap bedspreads. IKEA beds with no cushion for mattress. The best part to this home was the...

“Great place. Very clean and nice fenced in back yard to let the dog out. Would stay here again.”

“Everything was clean and all necessary items were easily in hand. Bathrooms and bedrooms comfortable. ”

“Very hospitable hosts, responsiveness, great set up, and really nice neighborhood/location.”

“This was a nice place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Houston is extremely hot this time of year but we still enjoyed the rooftop area in the evening after the concert.”

“Clean house, good amenities.”

“Upon arrival, I pulled into the private driveway for the garage and opened the gate to a beautiful patio with a hot tub and comfortable seating area. As soon as I walked into the tiny home, I was amazed by how spacious it felt. Every piece of furniture and decor was thoughtfully chosen to maximize the space while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. I couldn’t believe how much was included without it ever feeling cramped. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need from shampoo,...

“The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance.”

“Host was quickly responsive and the house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and everything seemed to work just fine.”

“fantastic stay. very clean. only problem was we couldn't stay longer”

“We really enjoyed our state here! I am a big coffee drinker and they Supply coffee pods along with a drip coffee maker and coffee for that as well. That is a big deal for me when I'm staying somewhere.”

“Muy bueno ”

“Great house for my three friends and I! Everyone got their own room/bed. The game room was very cool and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the pool! Easy access to restaurants and such. We’d for sure go back for another girl’s weekend.”

“If you are looking for a place to stay and not be there much, this would be a cost effective option for you. However, if you hope to "enjoy" your VRBO, stay somewhere else. The house needs love. We saw a couple of Texas sized roaches during our stay. Lots of small ants were all over the rag in the sink in the morning. There was no clean sponge, dishrag, or drying towel. The bathroom towel holder fell off as soon as I touched it to hang a towel. The master bathroom toilet doesn't flush...

“Lovely home.”

“We were visiting friends in the area and needed a place to stay. Host was great! We brought our dog and the place fit us perfectly. Decor is cute and had everything we needed.”
