“I was looking for a quiet getaway, and this was definitely it. It’s a nice little condo on Lake Conroe. It is on the golf course and would be perfect for those who wanted to get in the back 9. Check-in was effortless. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere, which made for a very relaxing stay. “Overall the listing is accurate. I did have to contact the property owner once i was at the location for the check in details. I would recommend extra towels, blankets, sheets. Overall with these improvements great place to stay. ”

“If you are looking for fancy, this is not that, but it was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and bath. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It is an above the garage apartment with a full size bed bunk bed and large tv with plenty of app choices. It fit my needs very well and the back yard below was well kept with a peaceful vibe. If i had one complaint, it doesn't have a sofa nor a comfy chair. I had one question I sent the owner by message, and he called right away...

“You can tell that they are really trying to put work into this property. They have brand new appliances, brand new TVs, and it was fairly clean. It is not in the best neighborhood, however, it is really close and convenient to the highway, shopping, and fast food. Give it was a hotel rating, it would probably be a 3 star hotel. Communication = SUPERB. instructions for check and checkout were also great.”
