“The food here is amazing and you can't beat the location for touring North Wales. Janna was the star of the place.
That said, the room needs serious maintenance. The mattress was completely shot—sagging with metal springs that poked into my body every time I moved.
For me, the most important part of a trip is to have a good night to sleep and it baffles me that this hotel has this Kind of mattresses. The pillars were OK though. The shower walls also had mold on them. On top of that, the room...
