Great Place!

Great little house tucked into the mountain. Very peaceful place to stay with family for the cooperstown experience.

Perfect spot for Dreams Park families! Quick 7-10 minute drive from the ball park, on the better side of town for restaurants, stores, etc. Was a great fit for my parents (they didn’t have to go up stairs), myself and 9 year old twin boys.

Beautiful Home

Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need. A comfy beds and nice and clean bathrooms. Melissa is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she knows about the area. We had a great stay!

Excellent location

This was perfect, so close to Dreams park it was easy to get back and forth in under 5 minutes. The house was perfect, clean, and Melissa was great. Great stay for 3 adults and 2 kids thank you.

Perfect house for Hall of Fame Weekend!

The house was wonderful!....everything we needed, and very clean. The owners responded quickly, and we were super satisfied!

Great location

Close to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Very comfortable house! We loved having laundry on site and room to spread out. Great experience overall.

Perfect Cooperstown/Field of Dreams Park House

This house is perfectly located between town and the baseball fields. It was the perfect place to watch our son play baseball.

Cute Farmhouse- Wonderful Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown- the convenience and proximity to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown is unmatched! Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful- we had a smoke alarm go off in the middle of the night and they responded right away and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Great Fall Getaway

Great house and location

We loved this house! It’s clean, quaint and cozy which was perfect for my parents, my son and me to stay for the week. It’s perfect for traveling back and forth to Dreams Park. My husband and son had to stay on site at the park so it allowed for them to come shower, do some laundry and get some AC before heading back to the bunks.

Dreams Park vacation

The property was great. The only concern was the shower water when the hot water was running with odor that could be smelled beyond the bathroom after someone showered.

Amazing property

We were in town for the Cooperstown tournament and would have had a great time regardless, but this house made it unforgettable. Beautiful scenery, very well maintained and so close to everything - yet so secluded. Would highly recommend. Will try to book in two years when we return!

Great family home near Cooperstown

The house was beautiful and homie. The owners were very quick to answer any questions during our stay. You have so much privacy and peace, it’s a perfect getaway. It is so close to all of the fun things to do around Cooperstown. It's a short drive to Dreamspark and Main Street. I highly recommend.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient

Great spot for two families to share while we watched our boys at Cooperstown. House was very cute with plenty of space; kitchen was great to hang out and cook in, and we had everything we needed. House is super close to Dreams park, making the days easy and relaxing. And, the setting of the house is lovely - made for some beautiful morning walks before game time! Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect House!

We traveled for the Cooperstown Dream Park and this house was in a great location, only about 7 minutes from the fields. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The house provided sheets and towels and was fully stocked with the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. THANK YOU!

Super close to Cooperstown Dream Parks

Perfectly adorable and charming home so close to Cooperstown. Made it convenient to go back and forth to games. Cozy and roomy! The check in process was a wee bit confusing just due to bad timing, but I would absolutely recommend this home to all!

Great Cooperstown Location

We stayed at the house for my son's Cooperstown Dream Park week. The house is ideally situated between the baseball fields and downtown Cooperstown. Only a few minutes drive to each. It is a very nice place with all of the essentials. Very comfortable to stay in and quite enjoyable. Has a wonderful outdoor patio space with a fire pit and a grill. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect

We stayed here 8 years ago when our oldest went to Cooperstown. Back this year our 3rd son. The property has plenty of room for a family of 6, nice backyard, super close to the Dreams Park, nice views—just perfect. Hope to stay again if our 4th son goes! Thank you for everything!

Cooperstown charmer

We had the best time staying at this home during our sons week in Cooperstown. The house is perfectly situated to get to the Dreams Ballpark in 5 minutes or so but set enough away to enjoy some quiet downtime. Close to downtown for dinner or shopping. Rustic old farmhouse updated with modern conveniences. Wonderfully renovated kitchen, Wi-Fi snd Cable so we could watch the Stanley Cup while there. Go knights go! I’d definitely recommend this home!

What a wonderful home!

Our two families whose sons were part of Cooperstown Dream Experience stayed together at the house - so perfect. Each family got a space, the house was clean and well-kept, and ready for us to take over for the week. Would highly recommend to one large family or two families for a maximum of 8 sleepers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but we did not make use of it. The homeowners were very responsive when we had minor questions. Major highlight - the sunrise from the front porch on the rocking chairs. So beautiful and peaceful. If we come back up to Cooperstown, we’d definitely try to stay here again!
