“This is an historic home with beautiful details and quirks that only older homes will have. It is a perfect location between Downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it great for our baseball family. There is a lovely yard with a fire pit and a beautiful creek for fishing or just enjoying the view. The owners were very communicable and made sure to do everything to make our stay comfortable.”

“Laundry is coin operated. Had to find a laundromat for quarters. Not that big of deal.”

“The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only...
