Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay and would come again. It has a beautiful view and outdoor space, great living room, and the host was easy to communicate with. The pictures are accurate and the house was clean.

Great place for our group of four families. Comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to feel like home. Only 15 minutes from Dreams Park!

Beautiful setting & spacious house

Perfect location to enjoy all that Cooperstown has to offer. We enjoyed spending hours at the lake on the dedicated dock in between baseball games at Dreams Park and dining downtown. Highly recommend!

Great place

We stayed for a family gathering and the home was perfect. Well stocked and offered a lot of items for a big group, particularly in the kitchen cabinets for cooking and serving group meals. View of lake and fall colors was wonderful!

Great place to stay in Cooperstown!

Home is as beautiful as advertised! Very beautiful scenery, lake views are amazing. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and pool table a great deal! Was just about a 15-20 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park too!

This house is amazing!it’s of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable, great entertaining space. The management is great too. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to answer and get someone out. The only downfall to this property is the steep drive way.

Amazing house!

This house is a jewel! I am going back to Cooperstown in 3 years with my other son and I will definitely recommend the parents that we stay there. After a full day of baseball, it was great to come to this house and decompress! The kids loved swimming, fishing and kayaking in the lake!

Cooperstown Team Stay

A little dated but service of property manager and team made up for some of the issues we had. Lots of room for kids and adults to have their own space. Lake dock was superior with many water toys available- kids had a blast. Beautiful views and stunning sunrises from every room!

Great house for a big group

The place was everything we expected. We had 5 families during our kids Cooperstown week. Great location, very easy, lake is beautiful. We brought the whole team back for a BBQ and a break from the bunkhouses and it was perfect for entertaining. Lots of games available at the house. Highly recommend!

Definite GRAND SLAM!

The house was amazing! Beautiful view, living area/kitchen with open floor plan was perfect for everyone being together. We had 4 families with kids ages ranging from 9 months to 17. There were accommodations inside and out that gave all ages something to do. Great location with easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and Dream Park. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning home! It was perfect in every way! We shared the home with one other family and there was more than enough space for all of us! The home is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and the views are amazing!!! I only wish I had another son coming back to play at Cooperstown so that we could stay here again!!!!

Beautiful stay

The house was beautiful and very spacious. It came fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a strong septic smell but the owner responded quickly and he said he would have it looked at. The house is on a main road and is very busy. Overall the stay was fantastic.

Perfect House for Multiple Families with Children

We stayed at the property with multiple baseball families for a week. The house was super clean and provided all the linens and supplies that you could possibly want. It was amazing to not have to pack extra things. The best part was all of the activities there were to do for the younger siblings and adults - pool table, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit, swing set, horse shoes, fishing, and kayaking. Definitely would recommend this house and we would go back!

Great for all ages

Wonderful home and excellent location. We were able to comfortably fit 4 families and host a team bbq. The house is totally stocked with essentials and more. The dock is perfect for little and big kids! We plan to stay here for years to come!

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

We had an exceptional stay! We highly recommend this house for anyone coming to the area. It is the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in-they have thought of everything! So many extras at the house that made things so easy for our crew of families there to watch our boys play baseball. The house is perfect for multiple families, so many fun yard games for the kids, the lake is gorgeous and they have thought of everything to make the lake fun! Look no further for a place to stay this is it!! Thank you so much for helping make this week so memorable for us!

The Ultimate Vacation Spot

This property has all of the amenities and more! We stayed with a few families for our children's week playing at Dreams Park in Cooperstown and this was the perfect location to relax after long days of baseball and unwind. The pictures don't do it justice! The view is incredible, the house is spacious and has everything you could need to cook and relax. The lake dock had canoes, paddle boards, life vests and fishing poles. We caught 4 fish! I would come back here and do it over and over again. The property management team is responsive and ensures you are happy during your stay. This was the best vacation we have ever taken as a family. If you are looking for a place to stay, this location is worth every penny.

Perfect Home for DreamsPark Families!

This is our 2nd stay in this home. We were here 4 years ago when our oldest played at the Dreams Park and we absolutely loved (and appreciated) the updated bathrooms, the basement bunk addition, and the outdoor spaces (including the garage with the pool table and ping pong table). The view is stunning and star gazing at night is incredible. We highly recommend this home! I wish we had another child who will be going back to the DreamsPark so we could stay here again but we have told many people that when it's their time to play, THIS house is a must!!

Second Time Around!

This was our second time vacationing here. Had an even greater time than the first. Excited to see they added stand up paddle boards which we made great use of. Everything is beautiful here, the lake, the view, the home and property. Owner and property manager are accommodating and very easy to work with. Hoping we'll be welcomed back summer 2022!

Family ties

As like other families, throughout the years we have moved to other states and don’t get to see each other regularly. We had a summer cottage across the lake for 25 years. In 2006, our cottage was destroyed in a mud slide. This home has given my family an opportunity to reflect, remember and reconnect as to why we love Cooperstown. This home was complete in every aspect for us. The only thing we needed to do was buy our food. They provided us with a beautiful home, spectacular grounds and water activities (kayaks, paddle boards and numerous floats) that made it especially enjoyable for all ages. I would recommend to everyone this very special place
