“The place was good! The check in process was horrible. The check in did not state how to get the keys for the building, which was at a completely different address. It took us an hour to get into our condo after waiting for someone to pick up the phone. We told the property this and they apologized but offered nothing for the huge hassle this was with the weather freezing and wondering around trying to figure out how to get in. ”

“It was our first visit to this part of Colorado, and we enjoyed Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge and Edwards. HUGE compliments to Summit County Mountain Retreat — the booking, check in and check out processes were awesome and easy!!”

“Yes. Welcoming. Great place. Great balcony side views. Perfect location for easy lift and center village access. Some things a little dusty so better cleaning service would be good. Lock on door broke and maintenance did a quick fix but long term fix is needed to repair the door. ”

“Good location, the elevator was broke so had to use the stairs. They indicated this was a long-term outage, no hot water one day, no window covering so you had no privacy.”

“The room was exactly as described, was a great little headquarters for a trail race weekend up in the mountains. Fridge / microwave / toaster all came in handy. Only complaint is our friends in the bed closest to the door found chewed gum in a wrapper under their pillow- unsure how that was missed by the cleaning crew. ”
