“The condo itself was great but the hot tub was broken and when we inquired about it, it was a struggle to talk to anyone who would look into it. The shower liner looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. home is cozy but management team is horrible ”

“The place was good! The check in process was horrible. The check in did not state how to get the keys for the building, which was at a completely different address. It took us an hour to get into our condo after waiting for someone to pick up the phone. We told the property this and they apologized but offered nothing for the huge hassle this was with the weather freezing and wondering around trying to figure out how to get in. ”

“Great location! The view of the slopes from the comfortable enclosed balcony was excellent. Easy to get anywhere in center village. Jon (property manager) was prompt and helpful when needed. Nice big tv in the living room. The only thing we would’ve changed was the mattresses. They need an up grade. Would happily stay here again. ”

“The location is fantastic! The property has seen a lot of skiers run through it and I they are tough on the property, but it was clean, close, and comfortable. Easy walk to the first lift, shopping and dining. I would stay there again just for those reasons.”
