A management company that manages all of the properties in The Greens moved us, so we did not stay in this unit, which we had booked due to its location in East Village, the storage closets, and the description and pictures of the furniture and bedding. The unit we were moved to had just undergone a renovation and was not ready for renters. The closets were full of lamps, fans, paint, old linens, pillows, etc. The furniture was far inferior (one small couch and no end tables, broken chairs. The bedding was gross and old, very unlike the description of the original unit. On the upside, the kitchen and bathroom were very nice post-renovation. However, the ice maker had not been hooked up, a part fell off of the dishwasher, the dishwasher had no drying agent, the door lock was difficult to operate and there were no shades or curtains on the main big sliding door. I contacted the rental agency multiple times. They sent someone out one time while we were out skiing, but all they did was put the kick plate back on the dishwasher. All other concerns went unanswered. After calling 4 times and only getting callbacks when I said I would not be available, I gave up. The check in and parking pass were also difficult, with code changing several times and the parking app not working. The rental company did make sure to help solve these issues over the phone. We were told the mixup was due to inaccurate time share dates. I would not book with this management company again.
