Casas vacacionales en Coquitlam

“Even though the pictures show a fridge and a sink, toaster and all that stuff , just be aware there is no actual kitchen , no oven and there is no TV . It's not listed that there is it's just something I assumed would be included when you see the pictures and an executive suite . Be sure to double check amenities . I have booked suites before and had kitchens”

“The ad was very deceiving. The ad stated the rental was for a full house, which is also what vrbo advertises but it was actually just the full suite on the main level. There was a family living on the second level and there was zero sound proofing between the units. Every foot step echoed through the rental suite. The beds were also not great. Comfy, but I’m 5’5 and my feet were touching the bar at the end of the bed in the primary bedroom. Side note, there is also no smoke detector in the unit....

“Fantastic lodging right out of Vancouver”

“The suite was quite lovely, very clean, with all amenities and appliances needed. Jane was very helpful (and forgiving as I arrived early!). An excellent place to stay to enjoy beautiful Coquitlam.”

“The location was terrific for what we needed. The place was okay. It was sort of pieced together here and there. We made do. The beds and sofa were not very comfortable. The host was great and communicated well with us.”

“The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were a lot of thoughtful amenities that made us feel so welcome and comfortable.”

“Good clean space”

“It was very cozy and nice for a night stay! Host was very communicative and kind. Very good place at a short notice :)”

“Our hostess was gracious and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.”

“Nice”

“😊”

“Deception! Don’t be fooled: this is not a one-bedroom apartment. It’s a small bedroom on a floor with two other bedrooms, and the bathroom and kitchen are shared, There is practically no privacy. When we arrived, I explained that the ad and photos were deceptive and made it seem like a suite, so the owner (Minh) agreed to let us cancel with a full refund. But later when I contacted support for the refund Minh denied that and only gave a 50% refund. Not cool.”

“A great stay for a family of 4. This basement suite is cozy and it comes with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Burnaby/Vancouver. The hosts are super friendly. If you are visiting Vancouver and surroundings and don’t mind the drive, this place is highly recommended, especially if you travel with a dog. The backyard is large and serene.”

“Quiet and comfortable”

“Place was great, exactly as expected - thanks!”

“We do not recommend this place. There is an elderly, sick person living downstairs, and unfortunately, the sound insulation in the house is not good. We could hear every cough and every sound from downstairs throughout the night. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms also makes a loud noise, so we couldn’t use it. The floors were very dirty, and we had to buy slippers for ourselves. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were also empty. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. At this...

“Unit was bright and clean, host was open to any suggestions I had. Would definitely come back for another stay.”

“Great place to stay!”

“Everything was as described in the listing. No issues whatsoever. Slept, bathed, out for the day. Repeat. Would stay here again.”
