“The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just...

“Beautiful beach front property. Pool bar had very limited hours. The iguanas were entertaining but can be aggressive. Definitely would stay here again!!”

“This was our first visit to St. John, and I honestly don’t think we could’ve chosen a better place to stay. The resort exceeded expectations across the board. One of my favorite features was the west-facing infinity pool—perfect for catching those unforgettable sunsets. I was also pleasantly surprised to find free weights in the gym and a sauna on-site. That was a huge bonus! The in-room Keurig with dark roast coffee was also an unexpected treat!”

“The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). “My family and I had a great experienced. Chris was a great host. Very knowledgeable of the Island and communicative. The space of the condo was extremely clean, the staff was respectful, quiet environment and peaceful space, the view is impeccable and the location was very convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants. A car rental is a must as Chris informed us. We would happily stay again! ”

“Have stayed here several years in a row. The rooms are amazing and it’s easy access to Red Hook and the beaches. Great amenities offered. The sargassum is the worst it’s ever been, free shuttle to other beaches is offered. ”

“Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise.”

“We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home. "Diría que es perfecto el hotel a no ser por dos o tres de las que atienden en el front desk, Dios, son bien ácidas, pero en general, hasta el señor mayor que recorta el cesped te saluda con una sonrisa, debería ser el el que atiende a los huéspedes y a las otras ponerlas a recortar el cesped"
