“This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall. ”

“24 hours before our stay, we were notified our condo wasn’t available since the AC wasn’t working and they were not willing to provide a refund or discount. Stayed in a different unit that didn’t have the same set up- wanted 3 queen/kid size beds for 5 adults and instead had a bunk bed. Also wanted outdoor hangout area/table that was not available with this unit. Other than that, the place was nice and there were 2 hot tubs and 2 pools plus walking distance to the ocean. ”

“The size of this place was great for 3 adults and 3 teenagers.Kitchen clean and stocked! Able to cook all meals without missing a beat! I would replace one of the pans, add a few more smaller plastic cups and a pair of scissors, but that's more personal preference. The dishwasher wasn't working, so that was a bummer, but Michael responsibly let us know on our way there and I bought some paper products to cut down on dishwashing. “The good: The condo itself was beautiful. It was clean, updated, and decorated beautifully. The beach view was amazing to sit and have coffee with every morning. The washer and dryer was a big bonus too. The condo fit 4 perfectly. The bad: The AC in the unit didn't work properly. It was set to 74 degrees when we arrived and we set it down to 70 degrees. “Condo perfect for the 2 of us. Bathroom could have been more roomy. Went into PortA to wildlife preserves and dining,too windy for beaches, but came as an add on before NCAA tourny in San Antonio.”

“Sunrise Villa is a very nice place and clean, but the only issue my wife and I had was that when we opened the door, we were not sure if the smell was mold or something else. We did buy candles for that too cover up the odor, but other than that, it was quite nice. ”

“No complaints, the condo was exactly as advertised and from the small outside deck you could see the beach on a clear day. We used this a a midway point to meet up with friends. This was a great getaway. With the way the condo is set up, both couples had a private bathroom. Great location. ”
