If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. “This place isnt for everyone but it was perfect for my wife and I. Nice and quaint, my wife loved have access to the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything in the area. When we come back to Rockport, we know where we will be staying.”
