This Penthouse is the epitome of rest and relaxation and has been completely remodeled and decorated with a contemporary clean vibe. Enjoy a hint of Colonial elegance with Princeton style trim throughout.

    The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, shaker style maple cabinets, with stainless steel appliances giving a clean modern feel. Guests will enjoy recessed lighting, and tile/hardwood floors throughout. This unit has been tastefully decorated with coastal furnishings from My Coastal Home-even down to the durable high top balcony chairs to overlook the Gulf!

    The lower level has one full bathroom with a tub and shower and the bedroom holds 2 full size beds. The couch in the living room pulls out into a sofa sleeper.

The unit itself was lovely and well-appointed; however, we encountered some serious concerns regarding air quality. Both upstairs bedrooms had visible mold and A/C vents, which was especially troubling given that some of our family members have asthma. The vents also appeared to have significant dust buildup, and the filters were full—clearly in need of replacement. The bedrooms had a persistent musty moldy smell, and none of the ceiling fans throughout the unit were functional. It seems the property management may already be aware of these issues, as there were multiple DampRid containers placed throughout the space, yet we were never informed of any moisture or air quality concerns prior to our stay.

Wonderful place!

We very much enjoyed our stay. I love an ocean view and this was a great one. The place is very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The AC was good. We were there during spring break but it wasn’t too busy. The pools were both nice and uncrowded. It was also pretty quiet. It took only minutes to walk to the beach on the private walkway. Our only complaint is that the door lock really needs to be fixed. Try to either lock or unlock it from inside or outside is a tiresome chore. Fix that and it’s a perfect rental.

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this luxurious condo. We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 4 children; plenty of space! It was perfectly clean and all of the furnishings were very nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. The cons: The Keurig coffee maker did not work and exploded coffee all over the cup and counter. The paper products the provided were very cheap. Single ply, cheap toilet paper and paper towels are not up to the standard of the condo. The linens and soaps provided were excellent. The boardwalk shower did not work, so it was hard not to track sand into the condo. A slight upgrade of paper products and coffee maker would make this a perfect place. The little things do matter at this price point. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 802 was magnificent. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the rooms were modern and clean. The living room was really bright in the morning sun and there weren't curtain so be prepared. The view was worth it to us. There were liquid spill alarms that kept going off despite no liquid and maintenance fixed it quickly. The staff was really responsive and nice. Easy access to the beach and close to everything you might want to do. Great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view was great, easy beach access, very nice accommodation. I would not recommend the room for anyone elderly as the master bath has a step in the bathroom that is a trip/fall hazard and the spare bath upstairs is hard to get in and out of.

Absolute great, yet if we known earlier, we would have planned a few visits by family and fiends. Two people don't need that grand of a place. Next time we will try for a 6th of 7th floor unit. If not, then 802 again. We found all the staff of high quality.
